Conditions for using the Nanko theme preview workspace.

Purpose

Nanko is a temporary environment for previewing Pterodactyl themes using dummy data. It is not game-server hosting or a production panel. Preview accounts are separate from Nanko accounts.

Your responsibilities

Only upload code/assets you are entitled to use. Protect your account and password and review packages before sharing them. Do not include secrets or other people’s data without permission.

Prohibited abuse

Do not upload malware, attempt sandbox escapes, attack the host or other users, steal data, abuse resources, or evade service limits. Harmful packages may be rejected and abusive access may be restricted.

Limits and availability

ZIP validation does not guarantee compatibility or absence of risk. Builds may fail because of unsupported dependencies or backends. Previews last one hour after becoming ready and may end sooner during maintenance or service failures. Keep your own source and backups; previews are not permanent storage.

Plans and service changes

Free is available with operational limits shown in the app. Standard and Professional are unavailable; final benefits and pricing are undecided. There is no checkout, billing, or automatic paid upgrade. Service behavior and technical limits may change during development.

Support and limitations

Nanko is provided according to its current capabilities, without a promise of uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every theme. Troubleshooting guidance is available in the documentation. No support SLA or response time is promised. These terms are not intended to remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
