Check first
Open deployment details and build errors. Check compatibility with Pterodactyl 1.11.11, avoid installers, and use available dependencies. Try the sample ZIP to distinguish a package issue from a service issue.
Prepare a useful report
Record the deployment ID, time, browser, reproduction steps and a sanitized error excerpt. This page does not pretend to submit support tickets; use a configured contact channel if available.
